I’m so grateful you’re here…
The idea for Let Yourself Flow was born during my Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, alongside my beautiful bestie, Leonie. It was a deeply special time filled with so much learning, healing, awakening, and reconnection.
When the idea came to me everything suddenly made sense. I was so clear on what I wanted to create and what I wanted to share with the world.
And that was a meaningful space where women feel seen, supported, and encouraged. A space where they can choose their pace, tune in, and reconnect with themselves. And beyond that, I wanted to build a community of like minded women who feel empowered, aligned, intuitive, and proud to show up as their most authentic selves.
About Anna...
My name is Anna, and I’m the creator of Let Yourself Flow. I have a deep passion for empowering and uplifting women, it is at the heart of everything I do.
Over the years, through my work as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and coach, I’ve seen time and time again how transformative it can be when women are given the space to trust themselves, reflect, and reconnect.
Plus I’ve always been a big journal girly (at one point I had five on the go because they all had different topics and themes!).
Where Let Yourself Flow Began...
So I thought… why not create one journal that brings everything together?
Inside, you’ll find space for every part of your life.
Room to plan your week, month and year with intention. Gentle prompts to encourage habits that feel good, from movement that energises you to nourishing your body in a way that supports you.
There’s space to pause and reflect on what you need in the moment, alongside guided pages designed to strengthen your mindset, confidence and self trust.
And so much more!
It’s not just a planner. It’s a journal that holds your goals, your growth and your becoming, all in one place.
But the key thing to know is this, your LYF (pronounced “life”) Journal adapts to you. Because your needs change, right?
Some weeks or seasons call for focus and productive flow.
Sometimes you need specific reflective questions to help you navigate something deeper or more challenging.
Other times you’re in a phase of your cycle where you just need to be extra gentle with yourself.
The LYF Journal was created to flow with you through all of it.
So if you’re looking for a journal that supports and uplifts your life and gives you the space to flow with whatever you need, this will be for you.
It’s perfectly sized to pop in your bag, to let yourself flow in a coffee shop, on a plane or on holiday, or use curled up in bed whilst you’re cosy.
A journal that will be your planner, organiser, intention-setter, therapist, and uplifter all in one and gives you the opportunity to be part of an amazing community of women.
Let Yourself Flow isn’t the journal you’ll use for a week and never touch again. It isn’t boring and repetitive. It’s your LYF journal here to support you through every flow of your life, every month, every season, and whatever you’re facing… without judgement, AND with a supportive community behind you who are also healing, reconnecting with themselves, and stepping into their power.
If you’re reading this and thinking, “that’s going straight in my basket,” then I can’t wait to welcome you inside!
Supporting You Inside LYF - Introducing Lydia
One of the most beautiful parts of building this community is being able to bring in women who truly embody what this space is all about. I’m so excited to welcome Lydia into the Let Yourself Flow community as a coach. She has such a special way of supporting women, and I know her presence here will bring even more connection, encouragement, and depth to your experience.
Here’s a little introduction from her heart to yours…
"I'm really passionate about personal growth, mindset and helping people feel genuinely seen and understood. I'm on a journey of exploring self-awareness and emotional well-being, and I love creating spaces where people can connect, reflect and grow without judgement. I also have a creative side and enjoy sharing meaningful content that encourages you to slow down, check in with yourself and become the best version of themselves." - Lydia
