Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Let Yourself Flow journal.

Each order is packaged with care, and we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If for any reason your order is not right, please read the information below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused

• The journal must be in original condition

• It must be returned in its original packaging

To request a return, please email letyourselfflow.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, if your journal arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email letyourselfflow.co@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the issue

We’ll take care of this straight away.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

Provided the journal is unused and returned within 14 days of delivery, we are happy to process a refund in line with the conditions above.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom or Australia.
