Every order is carefully packed before it leaves us, and we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If something isn’t quite right, please read the information below.
Australia
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully before placing your order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your journal arrives damaged, faulty or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@letyourselfflow.co
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We’ll review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
If we require the item to be returned, we’ll provide instructions.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
United Kingdom
If you’re ordering from the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To request a return, please email hello@letyourselfflow.co within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
Once you’ve notified us, you’ll have a further 14 days to return your item.
To be eligible for a refund, the journal must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method as soon as possible.
