We currently ship to Australia and the United Kingdom. Orders within Australia and the United Kingdom are fulfilled locally within their respective country.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout or on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Customs processing
  • Postal or courier delays
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

6. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights

United Kingdom

If you are purchasing from the United Kingdom, you generally have a legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods without needing to provide a reason.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@letyourselfflow.co within this 14-day period. You will generally then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items should be unused and in their original condition where reasonably possible.

Unless the product is faulty or otherwise does not meet your legal consumer rights, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once returned goods have been received, we will process any refund in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Australia

For Australian orders, we do not offer returns or refunds simply because you have changed your mind.

However, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
